Fees  

Your fees will be as per your contract, I do offer reductions for siblings but this will depend whether the children are full time or part time and the hours they attend for.

There is no charge for Bank Holidays as I do not work

Due to the increasing amount of paperwork, I will charge a one off administration fee of £5.00. I have compared this to pre-schools and other childminders who do not all give each parent a copy of polices etc and they are charging up to £15.00.

Generally if your child does not attend and it is the fault of the parent or the child is ill I will require full pay for odd days, unless agreed previously. Ie a family holiday then a retainer will be charged, normally ½ fee.

If I am unable to care for your child there will be no fee charged.

I charge £1.75 for evening meals and 75p for after school snacks. If your child is here full time then the fee will be £1.75, during school holidays. I will charge 75p for lunch daily or the child can bring a packed lunch.

I can accept Government Vouchers for 3 and 4 yr olds up to 12.5 hrs a week, term time only.

I accept vouchers from various companies relating to your work, please ask for more details.

I will take a non returnable deposit once a place is agreed and when the child starts this is deducted from the first months fees. If for any reason I am unable to accept your child the deposit will be returned in full.
